Shipping
General Information
- We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. Currently, we don’t process orders on holidays, weekends.
- Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
- If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
- If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
- MiaoMiao will send you a new one if the package is lost, misdelivered, or stolen during the shipment. Please contract MiaoMiao Service team for those issues. MiaoMiao is not responsible for packages sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
- We will refund customers the shipping costs if the product has functional problems, broken or other problems that can’t be used. Please return with your country’s national postal services. We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund. We recommend to include the order number with the return products for a faster process.
- Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination. Usually it takes about 3 - 15 days for different countries, some countries can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered. It’s highly depends on your local customs and postal services.
- International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. MiaoMiao is not responsible for these fees. We don’t accept return package because of the duties/customs fee.
- Please make sure your address is written fully with street name and numbers, all written in English to avoid shipping issues.
- If you have any problems regarding to shipping, please contact our online services ASAP.
Shipping Carrier:
- The following countries are shipped via EMS :
Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, India, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand And America. Some cities in these countries are not deliverable by EMS, we may choose other carrier and we will not notify you in advance.
- The following countries are shipped via The following countries are shipped via PFC Express :
Portugal, Turkey, Brazil and Russia
However, if your country is not able to deliver by EMS and DHL, we will deliver by PFC without prior notice.
- The packages to other countries will be shipped by DHL worldwide
For package delivered by DHL, make sure you country, zip code and city can be select at the website of DHL or it may affect your shipping.
- However, because of battery safety issues, we can’t ship to the countries below: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Cambodia, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Cyprus, Ecuador, Egypt, Georgia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey (British), Qatar, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Marshall Islands, Mayotte, Moldova, Republic of Montenegro, Niger, Palau, South Africa, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Uganda, Uzbekistan.
- To Croatia, only these cities can be delivered: Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Pula, Zadar, Osijek, Slavonski Brod
- To Ukraine, only these cities are deliverable: Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Mariupol, Lviv, Simferopol
- To India, please tell your KYC information by talk to our Online service, after you made your order.
